Refund policy

- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, not installed, and returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned or cancelled items, as well as any returns lodged after 30 days from the delivery date.
Genuine BMW items are strictly subject to a 20% restocking fee on all returned or cancelled items. This fee is passed on directly from our supplier and cannot be reduced or waived under any circumstances.
- For all Pre-Ordered items: if your order has not shipped from our warehouse within 4 weeks of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked, provided you choose to cancel the order.
This guarantee applies only to pre-orders with a total value of AUD $500 or less.
- Damaged or used goods will not be accepted as returns.
- Damage caused by the incorrect installation will not be covered by warranty or be accepted as returns
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Returns are not accepted on custom order items or special orders.
- Bavarian Speed Shop credit will be issued upon receiving the returned items and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the product was purchased during a free postage promotion period, the refund will also be less the original postage fee paid by Bavarian Speed Shop.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receipt of goods, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not cover installation costs, you are responsible for all associated costs regarding installation and use of the products. We recommend that suitably qualified personal are used to install our products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Local Pickup
- Local pickup can be organised by either sending an email to sales@bavarianspeed.com.au or call 0404908203 and then arrangements can be made. Please be aware that this is an online based business and as such, do not have a shop front.
Shipping - Australia
- Bavarian Speed Shop does not take any responsibility for delays caused by postal services which are out of it's control.

- Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and you will be informed if there are any delays.
- Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
- We use Australia Post for our orders unless the packages are over 105cm wide, in which case our preferred carrier is CouriersPlease. We take no responsibility for delays caused by 3rd Party Delivery Services.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you require any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@bavarianspeed.com.au. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors with the address that you have provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit the order.
- Free Shipping is offered for orderings exceeding $199. However, if postage costs exceed $50, Bavarian Speed Shop has the right to add a postage surcharge onto the total invoiced amount. Customers will be notified in any situation where these additional charges may be applied.
